- Check, then check out: every item is made to order, so double-check the name spelling, size, color and shipping address before you pay.

- T-Shirt: soft, lightweight, breathable fabric; classic crew neck; short sleeves with a relaxed unisex fit.
- Sweatshirt: soft, warm fleece; classic crew neck; long sleeves with ribbed cuffs and waistband; relaxed unisex fit, easy to layer over a tee.
- Hoodie: soft, warm fleece; classic pullover hood; front pouch pocket; long sleeves with ribbed cuffs and waistband; relaxed unisex fit.
- Print: printed with high-quality inks.
Size & Fit
- Unisex sizes S–3XL with a relaxed fit. See the Size Chart on this page for measurements.
- Sweatshirts and hoodies have a roomier fit. For an oversized look, go up one size.
- Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns if you order the wrong size.
Care
- Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry.
- Do not iron directly on the print. Do not bleach.

How to Make It Yours

Your shirt is made just for you from the details you enter, so double-check your pet’s name before you tap Add to Cart. Need a change? Email support@vahota.com with your order number within 12 hours of ordering, and we’ll do our best to update it.

What do I need to personalize my shirt?
Just your pet’s name (up to 15 characters), which replaces the sample name in the lettering above the design, and your favorite photo of your pet. Both are required.
I made a typo in my pet's name. Can I fix it?
Email support@vahota.com with your order number as soon as possible. Within 12 hours of ordering, we can try to update it. After that, your item may already be in production. Items made correctly from the details provided can't be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged.
How do I find my perfect fit?
Sizes are unisex S–3XL with a relaxed fit; tap Find Your Perfect Fit for measurements. Sweatshirts and hoodies have a roomier fit; for an oversized look, go up one size. Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns if you order the wrong size.
When will my order arrive?
We ship to US addresses only. Production takes about 2–3 business days, then US delivery takes about 4–7 business days, so about 6–10 business days in total. Around Christmas, production and shipping may take longer, so we recommend ordering gifts early.
What if my shirt arrives damaged or not as ordered?
Email support@vahota.com within 30 days of receiving it, with photos and your order info. For a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or an item, color, size or design different from what you ordered, we'll offer a replacement or a refund. We can't accept returns for a change of mind, or if you ordered the wrong size or color.
Can I save when I gift more than one?
Yes. Buy 2 items and get 10% off, 3–4 items for 15% off, or 5 or more for 20% off. You can mix and match, and your discount applies automatically in your cart.
