From checkout to your door
- Order placed. Please double-check your details. You can request to cancel or edit your order within 12 hours of placing it (see below).
- In production. We start making your item after you order. This takes about 2–5 business days.
- Shipping. Once production is complete, your order ships. Delivery within the US takes about 5–10 business days.
Typical timelines
- Production: about 2–5 business days
- Delivery within the US: about 5–10 business days after production
- Total: usually about 7–15 business days
Production and shipping may take longer during peak seasons and holidays like Christmas.

Email us at support@fnova.com.vn with your order number, and we'll look into it. Our support hours are 24/7.
Need to change something?
You can ask us to cancel or edit your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing support@fnova.com.vn. After that, your order may already be in production, so we can't guarantee that we can make changes.
Problem with your delivery?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email support@fnova.com.vn within 30 days of receiving it. Include photos of the product and your order information so we can review it.
