How to order

1. Pick your size: 31", 39" or 47" round — choose the size that fits your space.
2. Personalize it: enter your pet's name (up to 15 characters) and upload a clear photo of your pet. Both are required.
3. Check, then check out: every rug is made to order, so double-check the name spelling, size and shipping address before you pay.

Materials

• Surface: soft velvet pile with a smooth, plush feel underfoot.
• Backing: anti-slip backing that grips the floor and keeps the rug lying flat.
• Print: edge-to-edge dye-sublimation print; colors stay bright and will not flake or peel.
• Finish: serged, reinforced edges that resist fraying.

Size & Fit

• Round rugs in 31", 39" and 47" diameter (80, 100 and 120 cm).
• 31" suits an entryway or the spot beside a pet bed; 39" works under a coffee table; 47" anchors a living-room seating area.
• Measured by hand, so allow a tolerance of about half an inch.
• Because each rug is made to order, we can't accept returns if you order the wrong size.

About the 3D effect

• The depth you see in this design is printed, not raised. The rug has a flat surface.
• How strong the illusion looks depends on your viewing angle, the lighting and where you place it.

Care

• Vacuum regularly on a low setting. Spot clean with mild detergent and cold water.
• Hand wash cold if it needs more than a spot clean; hang or lay flat to dry.
• Do not bleach, do not iron the print, and do not tumble dry on high heat.

Your rug arrives vacuum-sealed to protect it in transit. Give it 5-10 minutes to air out after unwrapping and it will settle back to full thickness.
